14.2 Television, Web Series, and Media Show Participation

Alphalink may collaborate with media partners, production houses, or broadcasters to develop TV shows, web series, documentaries, or digital content focused on startups, entrepreneurship, or innovation.

Participation in such formats is subject to the following conditions:

• Appearance on any Alphalink-associated TV show or media program does not constitute a guarantee of funding, investment, incubation, mentorship, partnership, or commercial success.
• Any discussions, feedback, evaluations, or commentary provided during such shows are informational and observational only.
• No verbal or implied commitments made during recordings, broadcasts, or media interactions shall be considered legally binding.

14.3 No Investment or Business Commitment Disclaimer

Participation in Alphalink content, including televised or recorded formats:

• Does not create any obligation on Alphalink, advisors, investors, sponsors, or partners to invest, fund, support, or onboard any startup or idea.
